Studio in the 19th century area of Ostuni, perfect for couples who want to discover the wonders of the historic centre.
The studio is on the ground floor within a single room, furnished in the characteristic Apulian style. The entrance opens directly onto the room which boasts a double bed, a small table, surmounted by the TV, and a counter with a sink and an induction hob, ideal for preparing tasty breakfasts. The layout is completed by a bathroom boasting a bathtub built into the wall recess.
Guests will have at their disposal comforts such as air conditioning and heating with a heat pump.
The flat is located in a ZTL area, so we recommend leaving your car in one of the surrounding car parks and enjoying the historic centre on foot.
*At arrival or a few days before arrival you may be required to pay a tourist tax, the amount of which varies according to local regulations. You will find all the information regarding your booking in the Guest Area of Wonderful Italy.
We also offer our guests authentic experiences to live in contact with the locals. If interested, contact us and we will be happy to help you create your perfect holiday discovering the beauty of Italy.
Ostuni, known to the world as the White City, is the pearl of the Itria Valley. Its historic centre, blindingly white and immense, culminates in the Cathedral (600 metres from the flat) that impetuously dominates the plain of olive trees, the coastal dune park and a crystal-clear sea. Characteristic are its alleyways, the Piazza della Libertà (5 minutes away) and the column of S. Oronzo that majestically protects the town.
The countryside extends into the heart of the Valle d'Itria. A few kilometres away is Ceglie Messapica, a centre of tradition and enogastronomy, Cisternino, a village recognised as one of the most beautiful in Italy, Alberobello whose famous trulli have been a world heritage site since 1996. About 30 km to the north we find the Egnazia Archaeological Park, Monopoli and Polignano a Mare, ancient fishing villages with a charming historic centre and beautiful beaches. To the north (80 km) we find Bari, the gateway to the East, while moving south we first encounter the Torre Guaceto nature reserve, then Brindisi to reach Lecce, the capital of Baroque. Moving westwards there is Taranto, the heart of Magna Graecia, and finally Matera, characteristic for its sassi and European Capital of Culture 2019.
The nearest airports are Brindisi (35 minutes) and Bari (1 hour 15 minutes).
