Located on the Paseo Marítimo de Huelin and on the beachfront, this accommodation with parking included in the rate provides you with the option of a comfortable and pleasant rest, a cozy stay in a large space such as the living room, and the advantage of being in an exclusive location where the building is close to local leisure and catering businesses, cafes, shops, public transport and good access to the various highways in the province of Malaga.
All these advantages will make your holiday ideal to enjoy the culture, art, gastronomy and architecture of Malaga. Not forgetting personal wellbeing, being able to take advantage of a promenade with bike lanes, wide beaches and a pleasant and safe environment in the area.
In the community of the accommodation you can enjoy a swimming pool on the roof floor of the same, where you can enjoy sunbathing or bathing with stunning views of the bay of Malaga. The use of the pool is limited to a timetable that must be complied with along with the rules of capacity and use that the community sets. It is open from April to November. Due to recent weather conditions, the swimming pool will be closed until the 11th of April.
With large lifts you can go up to the accommodation, where at the entrance a hallway offers you on the left a spacious living-dining room with television, a table for lunch, a comfortable sofa and a terrace where you can enjoy the sea breeze. Although it is not a frontal view of the sea, you will be able to see it and have a cup of tea or read a book.
From the entrance of the accommodation on the right we have a spacious kitchen with a small laundry room. Equipped with everything you need to prepare your lunches in a comfortable and tidy way. You will enjoy this space to prepare your lunches and if you are missing any ingredients you can walk to the various local businesses in the area and make the necessary purchases.
There are two complete bathrooms, one en suite in one of the bedrooms, which is equipped with a bathtub, and the other in the hallway, also complete, but with a shower tray. Both are spacious and comfortable.
The bedrooms, of which there are three, have two double beds (one in each bedroom) and the third has two single beds. With windows to the outside and wardrobes to store your luggage neatly.
