We propose to you with the hiring, on the commune of Perpignan, this charming apartment entirely renovated, at 10 minutes with foot of the heart of the city, of a surface of 44 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers. Located on the 1st floor (without elevator), it consists of a nice living room, an open equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom, a shower room and a balcony overlooking gardens. Wifi (optical fiber), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room with TV, sofa bed (double), armchair and dining area.
- A kitchen equipped with: central island, electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Tassimo coffee machine...
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190).
- A corridor leading to a dressing room
- A bathroom with shower and toilet.
Outside :
- A balcony facing South East, dimension 1×8 m with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: baby bed, fan, ironing board and iron.
The apartment is ideally located in Perpignan in a district along the ramparts, 10 minutes walk from the heart of the city, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market, and the main monuments and emblematic places of the city...
Activities :
Located about thirty kilometers from the Spanish border, Perpignan is classified as a City of Art and History thanks to its past as the former continental capital of the kingdom of Majorca. Once past the imposing fortified gate, stroll along the narrow streets and discover the treasures of the old city, such as the Cathedral of Saint-Jean-Baptiste, the Place de la Loge, the Loge de la mer, the fortress palace of the kings of Majorca... stroll in the heart of the Bir Hakeim square or along the majestic promenade des Platanes. Come to discover this Catalan city par excellence by staying in this accommodation.
- In the surroundings, Canet en Roussillon beach, 1H30 from the ski slopes, 20 minutes from Collioure, Argelès, Leucate (sailing spot) ....

Nice stay in a quiet part of Perpignan. At least the apartment was very quiet. Easy access to free parking. Close to the center of Perpignan. Easy access to keys and a nice welcome.

Tout s'est bien passé ! Logement chaleureux, agréable et au calme, c'est inestimable ! Bien situé, proche du centre-ville et des transports, un peu de marche mais rien d'insurmontable ! Nous avons bien été reçues par Robert, très arrangeant avec les horaires. Un grand merci pour le service qu'il a bien voulu nous rendre lors de notre départ.

Robert was really helpful, making check-in smooth and allowing us a later check-out. The apartment is clean and comfortable.
The train station is a half hour walk/ 15 minute bus ride away, making day trips very easy.
