Exceptionally beautiful Andalusian-style villa with a private pool for up to 8 people in the Dehesa de la Villa area of Conil.
It features 4 spacious bedrooms – 2 on each of the two floors:
The lower floor has 2 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds, a large living room with a dining table and chairs, 2 sofas, satellite TV, and a fireplace.
The open-plan, high-quality equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, and everything else you could wish for.
There is also a full bathroom with a large corner bathtub and a spacious terrace with a table and chairs made of fine wood.
A grand, winding staircase leads to the 2nd floor with 2 more bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds, and a shower room.
The master bedroom offers a beautiful view of the pool, and the other bedroom opens onto a furnished roof terrace.
The total living space of the house is over 150 sqm.
Both terraces are ideally south-west facing.
The quite large, beautifully shaped pool has its own small waterfall and is surrounded by a well-protected garden with many plants.
A built-in outdoor grill is available.
The entrance features an automatic gate with an intercom/video system. The outskirts of Conil town are only 500m away – meaning shops, restaurants, and bars are within easy reach.
The large sandy beach of Conil is approximately 1.5 km away. Despite this proximity, the location is quiet, with several other holiday homes in the vicinity. No youth groups, families only, please. Registration Number: VTAR/CA/03127 Our prices are all-inclusive. Included are: All utilities such as electricity, gas, and water, all taxes, WiFi internet (if available), bed linen, and towels (no beach towels). Baby cot available upon request, free of charge.

La zona de la piscina, la disfrutamos mucho, gracias al buen tiempo que nos hizo y su ubicacion muy cerca de grandes supermercados, para playa cogimos coche siempre ( a 5- 6 minutos en coche)
nada en particular, todo estuvo muy bien, por poner un pero, los sofas no eran muy comodos
Pasamos unos días geniales, todo muy limpio y los anfitriones de diez.

Esta es la segunda vez que reservamos con casa-conil.com. Nos impresionó tanto el año pasado que decidimos volver este. Excelente relación calidad-precio y una ubicación tranquila. Entrada segura para tres coches para mayor tranquilidad y un gran espacio al aire libre. La piscina genial y hemos estado 8 personas comodamente
