2-bedroom apartment for holiday rental next to Praia da Rocha's 1st line, a 1-minute walk from the beach.
Property comprises: entrance hall, kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom with shower, living room with air conditioning (hot and cold) and a chaise longue sofa (sofa bed). The entire apartment has air conditioning (hot and cold).
As we understand there are guests seeking more affordable holidays who do not mind details such as noise, you will find bars, nightclubs, restaurants, shopping areas, etc., within a short distance of the apartment.
Due to its location on the main street for bars, nightclubs, and restaurants, there is noise until late.
The apartment is equipped with double-glazed windows to minimize sound impact and provide greater comfort, but depending on each guest's sensitivity, some noise may be perceptible inside. By making a reservation, the guest acknowledges and accepts any less positive characteristics of the accommodation, as these are already reflected in the reduced rate.
For this reason, no refunds or reallocations are possible due to these issues. NOTE: Only 6 people are allowed (including adults, children, and babies). - A security deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival.
The deposit will be charged as a payment via credit card, Revolut, or bank transfer in advance.
The security deposit will be refunded up to 3 days after check-out, following a full inspection and cleaning of the accommodation. PORTIMÃO TOURIST TAX: As per applicable municipal legislation since March 14, 2024, for all bookings, guests must pay in cash upon check-in: - In high season (01/04 to 31/10) €2 per person, per night. - In low season (01/11 to 31/03) €1 per person, per night. Note: - The tax is limited to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per stay and is charged only to guests aged 13 years or older. - Utilities such as water, electricity, and gas (if applicable) are included within normal parameters for conscious usage.
