Close to all amenities such as golf courses, restaurants, shops, bars, pharmacies, tennis courts, beaches, just 20 minutes from Palma, and 10 minutes from the exclusive Port Adriano marina. A deposit of €500 is required before arrival via bank transfer or card pre-authorization. During 2026, there is ongoing construction on the adjacent plot.
We hope the noise will not affect your stay. Check-in from 8:00 PM will incur an additional cost of €50, from 10:00 PM, €100, and after midnight (00:00), €150, payable in cash upon arrival. A baby cot and high chair are available (upon request). - We offer a Mediterranean welcome pack with local products. *This property is located in a residential area, therefore, only families or responsible groups seeking tranquility are accepted; groups of young people will not be permitted. House Rules: - Smoking is prohibited inside the property.
If you wish to smoke, you may do so outside and ensure no cigarette butts are left on the ground. - Maintain order and cleanliness at all times. - You will be responsible for the waste generated during your stay.

The villa was located right above a small sandy beach which was wonderful. The views from the villa were breathtaking. The accommodation was neat and clean and all the bedrooms had aircon. We were two families on holiday together and there was more than enough space for everyone.
