Guests are just moments from the beach promenade which is just 100 metres away. Air conditioning (1 unit) is located in the corridor, so it freshens bedrooms only if bedroom doors are left open. COMPOSITION: Ground Floor: living room, dining room with kitchen, bathroom with shower, laundry room. First Floor: corridor, 1 bedroom with ensuite bathroom, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. Check-in is between 3 pm and 8 pm. A late check-in is possible with an extra fee of Euro 50 up to 11 pm, plus Euro 25 per hour for each extra hour. The process from beginning to end was easy, Claudia was lovely and incredibly helpful making check in and check out easy. The villa was spotlessly clean, and a perfect space for 4 adults and 2 children. An easy walk to the beach and plenty to keep up all occupied. Would definitely recommend.

Great location, spacious, with everything you’d need for a beach holiday in the beautiful area. Slept 6 adults and one baby comfortably. Elisabetta who manages the property was helpful and friendly and responded to questions and problems swiftly.
