We are a few hundred meters from Pareti beach, in the municipality of Capoliveri, on the southern coast of the island.
A cove that represents a small natural paradise, between the beach of Morcone and that of Innamorata, characterized by a turquoise sea and a beach of 200 meters made up of golden sand mixed with fine gravel and a gently sloping seabed. Three-room apartment + Depandance - 4 beds The main block is accessed from the living room, characterized by large windows that give ample brightness to the environment overlooking the Gulf of Pareti.
The living room leads to the double bedroom, where adjacent you will find a separate kitchen and a bathroom with shower.
Externally, second double bedroom in the annex and private bathroom.
The property is completely independent, the large outdoor spaces allow you to eat outdoors.
The entire unit develops on the ground floor.
Private garden in front of the house, located about 250 meters as the crow flies from the sea and 400 on foot. Das Haus ist leider sehr in die Jahre gekommen.
Die Klimaanlage funktioniert nur als Lüfter (dies ist auch im Inserat richtig angegeben), Küche und Bad sind in einem ordentlichen Zustand aber eben schon recht alt.
Da das Haus viele Risse im Putz hat scheinen Ameisen einen guten Weg in das Innere zu...
