Please note: This property only accepts a 7 night minimum in July and August.The living areas in this large, semi-detached house includes a kitchen/diner with seating for six, an electric oven, hob and grill, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, a utility with a washer and dryer, and a sitting room with Sky TV. The bedrooms consist of two doubles, a small double, and a spacious second-floor double with an ensuite along with a bathroom and ground-floor shower room. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with hot tub, barbecue and furniture, and off-road parking for two cars. There is a shop within 0.1 miles and a pub and the beach within 0.3. Please note pets and smoking are not permitted. Please note stag, hen and similar parties are not permitted. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Location location location with easy access to the seafront, off road parking, a short walk to the train station, buses, local shops (great fish and chips and a bakery) and a big Lidl.
