Free parking is available in the street and in the streets around the house on a first come first served basis.
Enjoying a superb position just moment’s away from the coast and within the North York Moors National Park, Motherwell House is an ideal base for a group or family of five seeking the best of the country and coast.
Look forward to whipping up delicious meals in the well-equipped kitchen, featuring a handy dishwasher, ready to enjoy at the dining table for five over a bottle of wine as you recount the days adventures.
After dinner, why not savour the last of the day’s rays in your very own private yard, brightly painted and sheltered so the little ones can still play out on rainy days! As the evening grows darker, retire to the sitting room where you can relax on the plush seating in front of a much-loved film on the SmartTV or DVD Player, or challenge your loved ones to a board game, as the electric fire adds an inviting warmth and glow to the space.
Climb the staircase up to the first floor, where you will discover a well-appointed king-size bedrooms and a twin bedroom both served by a bathroom, ideal for indulgent soaks in the bath or washing off sandy toes in the shower after a day at the beach.
Continue up to the second floor, where you will find a single room with TV, perfect for children (but not infants) with charming décor and a stairgate.
Please note these stairs are very steep.

The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, radio and a living/dining room with dining seating for five people, Smart TV and electric fire. The bedrooms consist of a king-size, twin and a second-floor single, along with a bathroom. Outside, there is a rear sheltered garden with seating and beach toys, as well as roadside parking. Within 0.2 miles, you will find a shop and pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Plastic highchair and stairgate on second-floor provided. Pets are not permitted. Guests are invited to bring their own travel cot. The internal staircases are quite steep, please take care.
