The living areas in this property consist of a kitchen/diner with an electric oven, gas hob, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, a utility with a washing machine and tumble dryer and a sitting room with a Smart TV and woodburning stove. There is a king-size, a double and an adult bunk room, along with a bathroom and a cloakroom. Outside, there is off-road parking for three cars, covered bike storage and an enclosed lawned garden with furniture. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are all available. WiFi, fuel, power, a starter pack for the woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the rental price. OIne well behaved pet welcome, sorry no smoking. For your local conveniences, you'll find a shop within 0.7 miles, a pub within 0.4 miles and a beach within 2.1 miles. Note: The parking area can be used for storage of boats, canoes etc. Ty Cerrig is a superb holiday cottage for a family wishing to explore this part of North Wales.
