The living areas in this ground-floor apartment consist of a kitchen/diner with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher, and a sitting room with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size, a double, and two singles, along with a shower room and a bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with patio and furniture, and roadside parking. Two well-behaved dogs welcomed, but please, no smoking. You'll find a shop in 0.2 miles, and a pub in 0.1 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Portland is a well-positioned based for a countryside break to North Ayrshire. Note: There are steps to the interior and exterior of the property.

The cottage was in a great location however it was on the path to a very popular hardware store. The host was fabulous and helpful. The property needed a lot of TLC but I understand it is now up for sale. I wish to thank our host for all his helpful suggestions.
