Nestled on the outskirts of Dawlish Warren, a charming seaside town in South Devon, this well-appointed single‑storey bungalow, The Lodge, offers a comfortable and fully built residential standard—not to be confused with a static caravan.
Ideally positioned between a range of local amenities and the stunning Devon coastline, The Lodge provides accommodation for up to four guests, making it an excellent choice for a relaxed and memorable family getaway.
On arrival, you will be met by off-road parking, leading you to the welcoming entrance and into the family-friendly contemporary lodge.
Entering the open-plan living space, find an array of culinary amenities to ease your staycation, relax in front of the Smart TV, and make the most of the social hub of the property as your evenings unfold.
Leading through the patio doors and down the external steps, enjoy the enclosed rear garden, acting as the perfect suntrap with a large lawn, outside furniture and a private atmosphere; idyllic for alfresco brunch or an evening under the stars.
Head to the ground-floor bedrooms for a reset, flick on the TV and drift off before a new day of adventure; you'll find a double and a bunk room, both with ample storage, along with a main bathroom with shower.
Dawlish is the perfect village for everyday living, offering direct access to popular cafes, restaurants, and pubs, whilst also located near charming villages, including the historic coastal town of Teignmouth.
For a day out in the local area head to Dawlish Lawn and its stunning stream for a picnic, have a fun-filled time at The Grand Pier, or set up shop on the sandy shores of Dawlish beach.
Set away from the lodge you will also find the award-winning Bicton Park Botanical Gardens, hike towards Becky Falls Ancient Woodland Park and its child-friendly trails or get your steps in, around the grounds of Woodbury Castle.
To feel at one with nature, gaze across Orcombe Cliffs, explore the natural beauty of The Medieval Exe Bridge, or visit Hawkridge Bird of Prey Centre for one of its immersive experiences.
Suitable for all the family, choose The Lodge as your South Devon abode.
