Enjoying one of the most sought after addresses in Lyme Regis, Dorset, is this stunning second-floor apartment overlooking Lyme Bay. Offering spacious and well-presented accommodation the apartment is ideal for families and groups travelling together.
The open-plan living space has that real ‘wow’ factor with a huge amount of floor space incorporating a welcoming sitting area and an elegant dining area, with floor-to-ceiling French windows providing a stunning focal point to the room.
The views from here are simply sublime and guests can throw open the doors and step onto the attractive balcony and admire the captivating views which change throughout the day and the seasons.

Hop in the car for a fun-filled family day out visiting attractions such as Dinosaurland Fossil Museum, Axe Valley Wildlife Park, Tunnel Tree Tops high ropes and zip wire experience and Seaton Tramway.
Travel along the famous Jurassic Coastline and while away a few hours visiting nearby towns and villages such as Dorchester, Charmouth, Bridport and Sidmouth which has its own renowned donkey sanctuary well worth a visit whilst in the area.

Note: There is no direct parking outside the property so please bear this in mind when booking. Note: There are two flights of stairs up to the apartment so please bear this in mind when booking. Note: Car parking permit supplied, subject to availability.
We have been contacted by the local council concerning essential works taking place within the car park from the 3rd Feb for approximately 3-4 weeks weather dependent.
There will be a dedicated area for cars that have a parking permit to display, however please note that EV charging will not be available during this time but Charmouth Road Car Park and Holmbush Car Park chargers will be fully operational.

The view from the front room and balcony is simply astonishing and takes your breath away. Amazing place to stay. Some parts of the property were a little tired but worked perfectly well.A fantastic stay and would recommend and return

Great accomodation, fabulous views, perfectly positioned for everything.Only downside it was a bit noisy in the early morning due to seagulls and bin lorries, otherwise no complaints
