With a backdrop of splendid trees and a garden to the rear, this delightful property rests in the picturesque countryside of Charmouth, Dorset and is within the grounds of The Fernhill Heights Hotel, Sleeping four guests and with close access to the popular seaside resort of Lyme Regis, 44 Fernhill Heights will make the perfect holiday home for a family or two couples looking to explore the Jurassic coast.

Upon entering the property, you will find a delightful sitting area with a selection of sofas offering a spot to recline with a book, homely décor and a glass dining table where you can also enjoy a family games night.
A snug kitchen is supplied with a selection of amenities to keep you cooking up a storm, however there is a laundry on site which you will need coins to use. Freshen up before settling into one of the two bedrooms, both double rooms with ample storage and lovely contemporary furniture and décor, one of the double rooms sporting a great en-suite bathroom where you can enjoy a relaxing soak amongst the bubbles after a long day at the beach.
Outside you will find a delightful patio, surrounded by shrubs and with furniture for you to recline in, as well as a fantastic communal garden space with a lawn where you can enjoy a picnic in the sunshine. With a small town centre close to the property, Charmouth offers several pubs, shops and restaurants, but the best feature of this area is the stunning countryside and available walks, most notably at Charmouth Beach, where towering cliffs hide fossils and long bays allow for walks in the salty air. For a more action-packed day out head over to the Tunnel Tree Tops adventure course.
