Enjoying a superb location right in the heart of the bustling seaside town of Lyme Regis, is this delightful split-level apartment, Riverview.
The ideal holiday home for a family on holiday, Riverview does exactly what it says on the tin; it offers enchanting views over the River Lym which runs directly behind the property and you can also spot captivating views of the sea from the upstairs balcony.
The accommodation is split over the first and second-floor and is spacious and immaculately presented with a good-sized sitting room greeting guests as they arrive where there is ample seating and attractive picture windows offering views over the river and the streets of Lyme Regis.
There is also an alternative space for socialising, a second-floor snug where you can curl up and get cosy together.
The kitchen is fully fitted with everything even the most experienced of chefs could possibly need to rustle up some hearty fayre for the whole family and the elegant dining room is all set up ready to go for long, enjoyable family meals.
As the sun sets over Lyme Regis, why not pull up a chair on the balcony, pour yourself a drink and soak up those sublime views? When bedtime calls choose from the double or a twin but both are stylishly presented and offer an inviting space for laying your weary heads.
After a refreshing shower or soak in the bath, you’re ready to hit the streets and explore.
Lyme Regis has a good selection of shops and amenities which are right on the doorstep of Riverview as well as the beach, harbour and causeway and a visit to the museum and aquarium is a must too. If you want to explore some of the history of the region then check out any of the beautiful stately homes in the region which include Forde Abbey and Gardens, Athelhampton House and Gardens, Mapperton House and Lulworth Castle.
Towns worth a visit are Charmouth, Dorchester, Weymouth and Seaton.

Note: One parking permit for Woodmead Halls car park on Hill Road, subject to availability.
We have been contacted by the local council concerning essential works taking place within the car park from the 3rd Feb for approximately 3-4 weeks weather dependent.
There will be a dedicated area for cars that have a parking permit to display, however please note that EV charging will not be available during this time but Charmouth Road Car Park and Holmbush Car Park chargers will be fully operational.

Had a great week here. Helped that the sun was shining. Apartment is close to everything in Lyme Regis. Apartment is bigger than it looks. Was kitted out with everything we needed. Mill bakery next door was great for breakfast/lunch.
