Tucked away in a remote corner of Oxfordshire is this rural ground-floor cottage, ideal for a romantic retreat, with the charming village of Sibford Ferris in reach.
The Wash House is found via a quiet farm track, overlooking serene views of the owner's farmland, luscious fields, grazing sheep and far-reaching views which can be enjoyed with your morning coffee from the front patio.
As you enter the property you will instantly feel at home in the open-plan living space.
Here you can cosy up in front of the woodburning stove as you settle in for a relaxing film night with a well-deserved glass of wine.
Enjoy a home-cooked meal on the quaint breakfast bar-style dining table, cooked from the amply-equipped kitchen which houses all the necessary amenities for your self-catering needs.
As the evening draws to a close retire to the bedroom, featuring a king size bed, with zip/link features if you require a twin room, as well as ample storage and beautiful bi-fold doors opening onto the patio, ideal for watching spectacular summer sunsets or frosty winter sunrises.
Open the doors on a lazy Sunday morning and enjoy breakfast in bed, as the sounds of birdsong fill the room.
The bathroom features a sleek tiled design encompassing a large walk in shower, w/c and wash basin.
Get to know your local area and take a leisurely stroll over to the welcoming village of Sibford Ferris, home to a local store and Post Office where you can grab the necessities for your stay.

The Wash House is a ground-floor cottage resting in Sibford Ferris in Oxfordshire. Hosting a super-king-size bedroom (zip/link can be twin on request please contact Sykes to arrange), along with a shower room, this property can sleep up to two guests. There is an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a woodburning stove, and a front patio with seating, whilst off-road parking is available for one car.
