Close to the charming town of Daliburgh on South Uist in the Outer Hebrides is this charming holiday cottage, Fuidagh.

The first thing that strikes the visitor on walking into Fuidagh are the amazing views from all the windows which helps to create a feeling of light and space.
The amply sized seating area, as well as those gorgeous views and an attractive woodburning stove form an effective focal point to the room and is the ideal place to come together with family and friends and spend some quality time together.
The traditional kitchen/diner is another great area for the family to enjoy being on holiday together.
You can create some fabulous family meals in this sociable and well-equipped kitchen while the family sit around the attractive dining table which overlooks the sea and boasts fabulous ever-changing views.
After an active day, bedtime is something to look forward to at Fuidagh and guests can choose from a super-king-size with stylish en-suite facilities, a king-size and a twin.

Exploring the Outer Hebrides couldn’t be easier from Fuidagh with long walks along the sandy beaches literally right on the doorstep; or you can hop into the car and drive over the causeway to the Isle of Eriskay which has more stunning scenery, a pub and a restaurant which are worth visiting and is allegedly the place where Bonnie Prince Charlie first stepped on Scottish soil.
From here you can catch a boat over to the Isle of Barra, perfect to visit for a day out. The towns of Lochboisdale and a little further away, Lochmaddy are both great for a browse with some fantastic shops, galleries, cafes and restaurants all showcasing the best of the islands’ local culture and the ideal place to pick up a gift to take home as a memento of your holiday.
