Enjoying an elevated position overlooking the town’s rooftops and surrounding countryside with the South Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Water's Reach is a fantastic dwelling for a group or family of five.
Leave your vehicle in the off-road parking space, before climbing the stairs up to your new home from home.
Look forward to whipping up delicious meals in the well-equipped kitchen, featuring a handy washing machine and slimline dishwasher, ready to enjoy at the dining table for four over a bottle of wine.
After dinner, retire to the plush seating in the sitting room, where you can kick-back and relax and enjoy a family favourite on the Smart TV with loved ones.
There is also a balcony just off the sitting room, where you can soak up the amazing views on offer over the town. Next stop is Bantham, where you can spend a day bathing on the golden sands of Bantham Beach, paddling the shores or learning to surf a the Bantham Surfing Academy.

The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, washing machine, slimline dishwasher, coffee maker, and a living/dining room with dining seating for four people, a Smart TV and a balcony. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size with zip/link and two king-size, along with a bathroom. Outside, there is a garden with lawn, patio and furniture, as well as off-road parking for one car. Within 0.2 miles, you will find a shop and pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Pets aren't permitted. Important Note: This property is accessed via 35 steps, please take care. Escape to Devon in style with a stay at Waters Reach. Untethered Electrical Charge point available upon request.
