On entering the Grade II listed property there is a welcoming sitting room which has loads of comfy seating, a feature stove-effect fire and a simply gorgeous window seat overlooking the river; the perfect spot for curling up, getting cosy and enjoying the views.
If you’re feeling peckish then the beautiful country kitchen is the ideal place to cook up some delicious fayre for the family and with the attractive French doors leading outside you have the choice of eating in the comfort of the rustic kitchen or stepping out onto the patio and decking area where there are patio tables and chairs, all set up for alfresco drinking and dining.
After an exciting day of exploring, you’ll be ready for your bed and guests can choose from a delightful twin on the first-floor or climb the stairs to the top-floor where you are rewarded with an elegant double bedroom which comes complete with its own TV.

There will be a dedicated area for cars that have a parking permit to display, however please note that EV charging will not be available during this time but Charmouth Road Car Park and Holmbush Car Park chargers will be fully operational.
