Located within a five-minute stroll (<500 yards) from the coast line of Littlestone-on-sea and children’s play area, in addition Greatstone beach is 1.4 miles from the property.
Resting on a new development in the small village of Littlestone near Greatstone in Kent is The Hideaway Beach House, a spacious detached three-storey property ideal for a large family or group looking for a quiet and peaceful holiday by the sea. With a large driveway boasting parking for six cars, you won't struggle for space at this welcoming abode.
Step inside to discover a generous kitchen/diner, with a large island fitted with a wine cooler, coffee machine and all the appliances a large group could need, it boasts a full length fridge, freezer, and a double oven, perfect for cooking for a large group, to be enjoyed around the dining table, which can seat up to 8 people, in a modern open plan environment with patio doors to the garden.
Just inside the front door is a convenient cloakroom with WC and basin, along with a utility cupboard housing a drying area.
On the first floor you will discover the sitting room, boasting a large Juliet balcony, overlooking the countryside, here, you can relax on one of the sofas and enjoy a family film night on the TV or curl up in an armchair with a good book.
When it's time to catch up on rest, discover a double and twin room, sharing use of the family bathroom suite on the same floor.
The second floor boasts a master king-size with Juliet balcony and wonderful views, plus a further king-size, both of which benefit from modern en-suite shower rooms, where you can begin the day with a refreshing rinse.
Sit down with a morning coffee in the generously sized patio and lawn garden, which comes with a large play area, ideal for the children to blow off steam.

The pictures honestly don’t do it justice. It’s even more spacious and beautiful in person. I was surprised by how well equipped it was, the small things like the coffee machine and biscuits/treats on arrival made such a difference.
