Settled in the village of West Wellow in Hampshire is this large (>2,100 sqft) contemporary detached house, Sherpa.
With five bedrooms sleeping up to 10 guests, the property is located close to the coast and New Forest National Park, with an impressive interior offering everything families and friends need for a self-catering holiday in Hampshire.
You'll find a private driveway to unload your luggage and step inside the spacious hallway with room to keep prams, boots and coats.
Be wowed by the spacious, sleek kitchen/diner with high-quality amenities and stylish features, including a centre island with a breakfast bar to socialise whilst the group's chef prepares dinner.
Tuck into supper here or carry your plates through to the living/dining room with a dining table for 10; why not pop open a bottle of fizz and toast to your homely getaway? After loading up the dishwasher, your whole party can sink into the squishy sofas to watch TV or relax with a good book.
You can let the outside in on summer days by opening the patio doors, which lead to a large, partially enclosed garden (gap between the house and garage) to dine alfresco and play games on the lawn! After the day's adventures, freshen up in the cloakroom and throw sandy bathing suits or grubby walking gear into the utility room's washing machine ready for tomorrow.
Another space for evening entertainment and rainy days awaits upstairs where the first-floor games room hosts a TV, games console, table football, and a sofa; sure to be the favourite hideout for younger guests! Sherpa has five bedrooms, one of which is a ground-floor double with TV an en-suite shower room ideal for those with limited mobility, whilst the first floor has a king-size master with en-suite, a double, a twin, and a bunk bed. The living areas in this detached house include a kitchen/diner with electric double oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a breakfast bar, a utility with a washing machine, tumble dryer, a living/dining room with a TV, open fire, and dining table for 10, and a first-floor games room with TV and table football. Please note that there are blinds within the kitchen ceiling that can be used to provide some shade during warmer weather. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite shower room, a ground-floor double with en-suite shower room, a double, a twin, and a bunk bed, along with a family bathroom. Outside, there is a fully enclosed garden with furniture, and a private driveway. Within 0.4 miles, there is a shop, and within 0.2, a pub. One well-behaved dog welcome. Additional pet fee just £25 per stay. Smoking is not permitted. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Sitting close to the coast and New Forest National Park, Sherpa is ideal for families and extended families holidaying in Hampshire. Please note: There are 5 portable fans within the property for guest use.

Fantastic property with great amenities. Grandchildren loved the gaming room and the nearby park. Good location for visits to Paultons Park, National Motor Museum and, of course, walks in the New Forest. Would recommend Rockingham Arms for good "home cooked" food. Certainly recommend Sherpa for a family stay for larger groups.
