22 Above Town is an attractive, three-storey, semi-detached house in the wonderful town of Dartmouth, Devon.
Ideal for families or groups of friends to come and enjoy themselves, this holiday home is in a great location, with proximity to the beach, a Sky glass TV and lots of home comforts for your self-catered stay.
Inside, find the kitchen/diner on the first floor where you can whip up home-cooked meals, and there is even a handy dishwasher for your convenience.
From here, the sitting room on the second floor provides space to relax after a day out, with views of the River Dart and over to Kingswear from the Velux windows.
When sleep calls, you will find the first and second bedrooms on the ground floor furnished with sumptuous king-size beds for you to enjoy, one of which has an en-suite for privacy.
The third and fourth bedrooms are great for kids, home to a cute children's bunk on the second floor and a twin with a zip and link feature which is also perfect for a couple or friends sharing.
Outside, the compact courtyard, accessed off the main bedroom, is furnished with two chairs, an ideal place for a morning coffee or indeed, a glass or two of wine during the evening. Venture out for the day and explore the town; Dartmouth is a historic town home to several attractions, including Blackpool Sands, National Trust - Greenway, Dartmouth Castle, Bayard's Cove Fort.

This three-storey, semi-detached holiday home has four bedrooms including two ground-floor king-size, one with an en-suite and one with a balcony, along with 1 x first-floor twin, a second-floor children’s bunk, a bathroom, a first-floor kitchen/diner, and a second-floor sitting room. Appliances include an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, and for entertainment there is a Sky Glass TV and WiFi. Outside, there is a rear courtyard with furniture and roadside parking on a first-come, first-served basis. Sorry, pets and smoking are not allowed, however fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. You can find a shop and pub in 0.1 mile and a beach in 1.1 miles. Please note that the washing machine is in the ground-floor en-suite, the courtyard is accessed via this bedroom also. Due to the balcony on the first floor, children must be supervised at all times. 22 Above Town is a fantastic holiday home for a family break to Devon.

Well appointed everything supplied is of a high standard. We would have appreciated a non slip mat for the en-suite shower as the tray was very slippery and as older clients with some mobility issues we both felt slightly unsafe. Overall the property suited our family situation well and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay at Avondale over Easter. The whole family loved it. We had a maintenance issue, and even though it was bank holiday, it was fixed straight away. Parking is difficult, but you learn where the good spots are. The place was comfortable and relaxed, had everything we needed and more!

Could do with more specific information on rubbish/recycling etc. Having stayed in lots of holiday homes this is usually the case, we recycled in the car park opposite M&S , but didn’t know what to do with the ‘black bag’ rubbish. Lovely view from the top floor!
