Wyvill House is a beautifully presented detached holiday home resting in Cayton, North Yorkshire.
With a tremendous garden, quality fittings and furniture, and in a prime location, this property is perfect for a family holiday, or a peaceful getaway with friends.
Off-road parking greets you on arrival, before taking one step up into the spacious hallway.
From here, a sitting room with a contemporary woodburning stove invites you to snuggle up with loved ones after a day of exploring, while the nearby snug allows you to escape to watch TV or curl up with a good book.
Rustle up a tasty dinner for your group in the gorgeous, farmhouse-style kitchen/diner, which has seating for eight guests and washing facilities to freshen up your clothes.

There’s also a kitchen/diner, a snug and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Appliances include a range cooker with gas oven and hob, microwave, American-style fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher, while for entertainment there are two TVs and WiFi. Fuel, power, a starter pack for the woodburning stove, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside there is off-road parking and a garden with lawn, patio, furniture and summerhouse with bar. Sorry, no pets and no smoking at this home. You can find a shop in 0.6 miles, a pub in 0.1 mile, and a beach in 1.3 miles. Wyvill House is a gorgeous property for a memorable break.

We enjoyed our stay here. The house has plenty of room and is beautifully decorated and furnished. The kitchen is very well equipped - even a slow cooker provided. From here we visited Playdale farm, Filey and Cayton Bay with our family inc 2 young grandchildren. There are 2 reception rooms as well ...
