The open-plan living area is a wonderful introduction to the property and is a great space for socialising with friends and family.
There is an extensive seating area which is bright and airy and the perfect place to gather together and there is a stylish dining area all set up for long, lingering meals with your party and a contemporary kitchen which is fully fitted with everything you could need for preparing delicious meals for your family or loved ones and comes complete with an attractive breakfast bar where guests can pull up a stool, pour themselves a drink and keep the designated chef company.
A feature spiral staircase leads upstairs to where the two beautifully presented bedrooms are. Choose from the master king-size or the twin but both offer a welcoming sanctuary away from the excitement of the main house and are the perfect place to wake up in the morning.
Grab a refreshing shower in the sleek, contemporary shower room and you’re ready to face the day. There is so much to see and do in the area it’ll be hard to pack it all in. Seaton is a wonderful place to visit and has its own tramway and the Jurassic Fun Centre as well as a good selection of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants.
Take the tram along the coast past Seaton Marshes Nature Reserve to Colyton which is a picturesque medieval market town and well worth a visit.
A short but scenic drive away is Pecorama and Beer, famous for its quarry caves, with the seaside towns of Lyme Regis and Sidmouth also nearby.
