A stylish base for a couple who love the outdoors, Glyndwr rests moments away from the delights of Gwydir Forest Park and the Ty'n Llwyn Walking Trail.
Upon arrival, you'll be glad to uncover an off-road parking space, making unpacking and settling in an easy task.
Proceed inside to find a fantastic open-plan living space, where a range of stylish furnishings and fittings await, including the sitting area's plush corner sofa, where you can curl up in front of the wall-mounted TV together.
After relaxing for a while, walk over to the contemporary kitchen, where sleek units contain all you need to rustle up easy meals, such as a two-ring hob and a microwave.
These meals can be tucked into at the adjoining breakfast bar or brought out to the private patio, where you can savour an alfresco dinner before enjoying a well-earned dip in the neighbouring hot tub. There is one mezzanine double bedroom and a ground-floor shower room. Outside, there is a private side patio with furniture and a hot tub, along with one off-road parking space. Within 0.7 miles, you'll find a shop, and within 0.3, a pub. Please be aware that this property does not welcome children, pets or smoking. Hot tub…. So good after a day walking
Bedroom got a bit hot as in a loft space but the owners had a fan which was essential.
