Leave your vehicle on the private driveway with space for two cars, before being greeted by a delightful enclosed front garden, featuring a bistro table for two and a bench, it is the perfect spot for enjoying your morning coffee.
Step into the sitting room, where you can look forward to evening’s spent relaxing on the plush seating in front of the electric fire (or open fire in the winter), as your favourite show plays out on the Smart TV. Rustle up delicious meals in the well-equipped kitchen, featuring a handy dishwasher, ready to enjoy at the dining table for six or alfresco out in the rear garden, where your four-legged friends can run and play.
As the evening cools, retire to the conservatory where you can enjoy evening drinks as you recount the days adventures.

The bedrooms consist of a king-size with basin and TV, a twin and a ground-floor adult bunk, along with a ground-floor bathroom and a first-floor cloakroom. Outside, there is an enclosed front garden with lawn, patio and furniture, rear garden with lawn, patio and furniture, as well as off-road parking for two cars. Within 0.2 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.3 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. Two well-behaved dogs welcomed. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Please be aware that the stairs have low head height. Whisk the ones who mean most away to Roseland.
