Nestled in the coastal village of Rye Harbour in Sussex, is this superb two-bedroom cottage, Coastguard Cottage.
Enjoying a fantastic location along the River Rother with easy access to the estuary from your own private garden, and the stunning High Weald AONB, Coastguard Cottage is a wonderful pet-friendly dwelling for couples or a family of four and their canine companion.
Step into the kitchen, featuring garden views and a handy dishwasher and washing machine, where you can rustle up mouth-watering dishes, ready to be enjoyed at the dining table for four or alfresco out on your private patio.
After dinner, why not take advantage of the steps that lead from your garden up to the river and head out for a walk with your pooch where you can both stretch your legs? Kick-back and relax on the plush sofas in front of a much-loved film on the Smart TV or challenge your loved ones to a game of table football which can be found in the conservatory.
Climb the stairs up to the first floor, where you can indulge in a soothing soak in the bath or wash away the day with a refreshing shower after a day of exploring.

The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, a living/dining room with dining seating for four people and Smart TV, and a conservatory/games room with football table. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and a twin, along with a bathroom. Outside, there is a rear garden with patio, lawn, summerhouse and furniture, as well as unrestricted on-street parking. Within 0.1 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.2 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Absolutely loved our stay. The house was everything and more than the photos show. Spacious, really warm, tastefully decorated throughout in a retro 70’s style which I loved.
