Enter into a homely sitting room after unpacking your bags with ease from the off-road parking available, planning the adventures ahead of you. When you wish to make a family meal, utilise the kitchen where you will find a pleasant space to create your masterpiece, before presenting it in the stylish dining room with a traditional fireplace and a selection of fossils.
After a long day of exploring the beach, take a refreshing shower to shake the sand from your hair before snugging down in one of the three bedrooms provided, beginning with a king-size with ample storage and a traditional fireplace (not in use), a twin room perfect for children with a fireplace and storage and a single bed with a large wardrobe and seating.
Outside, there is a delightful patio garden with shrubs adding a splash of colour to the space as you relax in the seating area and enjoy breakfast in the sunshine. This property is situated in a convenient spot, close to the main attractions of the town including a multitude of eateries including cafés where you can enjoy tea and homemade cake, restaurants and pubs.

We had a great stay for our first visit to Lyme regis, the house was very accommodating and well equipped for our needs for 3 nights. The launderette on Lyme close was fantastic too. Would highly recommend the place and such a great location to the beach, shops and local attractions.

Comfortable warm basic accommodation within easy reach of town centre with parking and very dog friendly - even our escape artist Terriers couldn’t escape from the enclosed yard. Very comfortable seating in lounge.

Need to check front door lock as the non yale one doesn’t work. The heating instructions need to be fuller and include operation of the HIVE thermostat in the front room. This is particularly applicable to the winter months rental..
