The bedrooms include a ground-floor king-size with TV and en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC, a second-floor double with TV and balcony, and a ground-floor single with pull-out truckle bed and TV. There is also a ground-floor bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Outside, there is an enclosed roof terrace with furniture and a balcony. Off-road parking is available for 1 car. Within 0.4 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.3 miles, a pub. This is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Sorry, no pets. The house was more than we expected. It was spotless! I thought the house was probably around 1year old if that. But very surprised after talking to a neighbour it was 5 years old!
