The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining and sitting area with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and TV, and an external games room with a selection of games. The bedrooms are all set on the ground-floor and consist of a super-king-size with zip/link beds (2 x single on request), a king-size and a single, along with a ground-floor bathroom. Outside there is a front garden with lawn, a rear multi-level garden with lawn, decked terrace, furniture, and hot tub, and roadside parking for one car. Within 0.8 miles you'll find a shop, and within 0.7 miles you'll find a pub and the beach, and please note that one well-behaved dog is welcomed and that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. 65 Channel View is a contemporary abode for a group break to Devon. Note: There are steps down to both gardens. IF YOU HAVE A DOG DO NOT STAY HERE. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RELAX AND ENJOY YOUR STAY. We have stayed at lots of dog friendly cottages with no issues.
