DESCRIPTION AND LOCATION OF THE BEACH&CITY COMPLEX VILLA EL MONTECILLO

Located at the foot of the Gibralfaro Castle, very close to the center of Malaga and the beach, this complex will allow you to stay close to this fantastic city while maintaining equidistant distances from natural and urban environments.

Gibralfaro-Conde Ureña is an area of Malaga that stands out for its modernist buildings from the early twentieth century, maintaining a special charm by preserving its characteristics of a residential area within the urban environment of the central district of Malaga.

You will be able to discover points of tourist interest such as the already mentioned Gibralfaro Castle and National Parador with its incredible views, museums of great national importance such as the Picasso Museum in Malaga, the Carmen Thyssen Museum, the Pompidou Museum (located in Pier 1) or the most recent and not less important Customs Museum of Malaga. All of them located in the center of Malaga and thanks to the good location of the Villa el Montecillo Complex you can have a balance between days of rest, nature and culture.

Villa el Montecillo complex is a villa of different heights in which you can find several accommodations available, each with its own special characteristics, no two are the same, and all have their own private outdoor terrace space.

DESCRIPTION ACCOMMODATION BEACH&CITY COMPLEX VILLA EL MONTECILLO

Accommodation designed for families who want to enjoy being in the central district of Malaga and in a quiet area such as Gibralfaro. With a large private terrace and views of Mount Gibralfaro.

This accommodation located on the third floor without a lift also has direct access from the upper street where you can park your vehicle in a private outdoor parking space. This access from the upper street gives direct access to the accommodation towards the kitchen, first passing through an exterior patio. For your better explanation we will divide the different spaces of the accommodation.

OUTDOOR PRIVATE TERRACE.

Private, spacious and furnished to enjoy this space, whether sunbathing or enjoying lunch, breakfast or dinner with the family. The environment, together with your family, will make this space an accomplice to many memories during your vacation. For the sunniest days it also has a nice umbrella to shelter from the sun.

OUTDOOR COURTYARD

Linked to the kitchen and, the first space that you find if you travel by car and shelter it in the outdoor parking lot, you can enjoy a small space where you can relax and have a cup of tea or read a book in peace. It also has an outdoor shower with which you can cool off on the hottest days.

Modern, spacious and bright. With enough space to store your food and equipped with small, modern and current appliances, necessary so that preparing your lunches, breakfasts or dinners are not complicated. Although it is independent, you will have easy access to the dining room.

BEDROOM WITH EN-SUITE BATHROOM

This bedroom, special for its size, in addition to having windows to the outside and being air-conditioned, houses a single bed and a double bed, the perfect combination if you are traveling with a middle-aged minor and want to keep the family nucleus in your travel group. It also has a comfortable dressing room, spacious and with plenty of space to store your luggage comfortably and neatly.

The en-suite bathroom in this bedroom is spacious and has a built-in shower.

SECOND BEDROOM

Spacious bedroom where you can rest from the day to day of your vacation, with windows to the outside and with space to store your luggage. It has two single beds.
