The living areas in this first-floor apartment consist of a kitchen with gas range cooker, microwave, fridge, small countertop freezer and washing machine, a dining room and a sitting room with Smart TV and electric fire. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and a twin serviced by a bathroom. There is a parking permit available for the nearby Woodmeadhall long stay car park. Within 0.3 miles there is a shop, 0.1 a pub and 0.2 a beach. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Apt 1 44/45 Coombe Street is a wonderful setting for a family getaway to Lyme Regis. Note: The property is accessed by an internal winding staircase that is narrow and steep, please take care. Note: There a few steps throughout the property, please take care. Note: Welcome pack with milk, tea and a selection of locally sourced produce and treats.
Note: One parking permit for Woodmead Halls car park on Hill Road (no allocated space) within 5 minutes walk of the property, subject to availability.We have been contacted by the local council concerning essential works taking place within the car park from the 3rd Feb for approximately 3-4 weeks weather dependent. There will be a dedicated area for cars that have a parking permit to display, however please note that EV charging will not be available during this time but Charmouth Road Car Park and Holmbush Car Park chargers will be fully operational.
