This quirky former Toll House cottage on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park is in an ideal location, walking distance to all the amenities you’ll need including eateries, grocery stores and a few local pubs.. All on the Ground Floor:

No smoking.. All laid out on the ground floor, there’s a feel of stepping back in time in this Grade II listed cottage.
There’s two bedrooms, one double and one bunk, an open plan living and dining area and a kitchen equipped with everything you’ll need for your stay.
Along with a shower room with cubicle shower. A few steps away from the cottage and you’ll find yourself by the river which is a fantastic scenic spot for a walk or picnic, there’s also the National Trust Grade II listed Ty Hwnt I’r Bont, a traditional Welsh tearoom.
Within a few minutes drive you’ll find Lake Geirionydd ideal for paddle boards and kayaks, there’s also the famous Marin bike trails, and not forgetting the gateway to Snowdonia, Betws Y Coed.
Down the coast also within easy reach is the historic town of Conwy with charming fishing harbour and many historic buildings to visit.
