This property is a superb base for a family of four or a group of friends looking to explore the Donkey Sanctuary which is just a couple of minutes walk away and the nearby Weston Beach and South West coastal footpath are within a 20 minute walk. This single storey self-catered cottage showcases a beautiful open plan kitchen, dining and living area with two sets of patio doors leading out to the patio area.
The kitchen is well-equipped and has a large island worktop which takes centre stage in the room.
The dining table provides a great space to enjoy a family meal and the living area is comfortably furnished with two sofas and a Smart TV with Freeview.
After a busy day exploring the area, step out onto the patio which has bench seating and a parasol.

The holiday was planned around the donkey sanctuary so location wise it was perfect. There weren't any local amenities so we used the Waitrose a few miles away and made full use of the café at the donkey sanctuary. Nice and central for Sidmouth, costal walks etc.

This cottage was excellent, the amenities were great. Not often you find washing machine and dish washer.Everything was thought out. Beds comfortable clean, bathroom same.And the welcome gift of essentials great.Would recommend and hope to visit again.

Very good value. Quiet but just what we were looking for . Would certainly go again. Had an expectation of noise from the donkies but it was not so. Food available at Donkey sanctuary very good.
