This modern, cosy flat sleeps up to 5 people.
The 2 bedrooms have one king-size bed (160x200) and the other two single bunk beds.
A bright living room with a sofa bed
The flat is equipped with a TV, wifi, and all the facilities you need for a pleasant stay such as a Nespresso coffee machine, a raclette machine...
The bathroom has a shower and separate WC.
Linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel.
Numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance; you will be able to get around without a car throughout your stay.
The lake is a 5-minute walk away. Bicycles can be hired nearby (a superb cycle path runs all the way round the lake).
🅿️ The flat is located in a pedestrianised street. Parking is available in the Bonlieu underground car parks (flat rate for short stays).
🥐☕️ Breakfast delivery available from €9.90 / person / day.
Annecy, the capital of Haute-Savoie, nestling on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life.
Benefiting from a remarkable site downstream from the lake, the town has managed to maintain its architectural and historical heritage.
⏰ Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm until 9pm.
After 9pm, if an independent arrival solution cannot be found, a supplement of €20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier we will be delighted to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed on the day itself.
In the same way, on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be permitted if the accommodation is not picked up that evening.
🧳 To guarantee your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases safely
