This Penthouse is beautifully decorated and overlooks the third hole of the Jack Nicolaus Golf course at Hacienda Riquelme.
It has two bedrooms that open onto small front terraces, and there is a spacious open terrace that overlooks the golf course.
It is a short walk to the on site driving range, golf shop, supermarket, restaurant and bar. Guests have access to all shared swimming pools on the resort, along with play areas and tennis courts with 24 hour security on the site The accommodation is equipped with the following items: lift, garden furniture, terrace, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), central heating, air conditioning throughout the house, communal swimming pool, open-air parking, TV, tv satellite (Languages: Spanish, English, German, Dutch, French). the kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, toaster and kettle are provided. *Please note final cleaning/laundry fee of €115 is payable on arrival*

As always the Murcia Holiday Rentals staff( Georgia,
Melissa, Kimi and Penny ) could not have been more helpful and accommodating. The Penthouse balcony is excellent providing both sun or shade as required for most of the day. We have booked again for next year.
