The 125 m² holiday home in Schalksmühle, Sauerland, welcomes up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine, private high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for streaming), TV with video-on-demand, your own game console, washing machine, dryer, and a dedicated workspace. The house is partially accessible, features underfloor heating with room controls, a wood-burning stove, private sauna, and private whirlpool. Families will find 2 baby cots and 2 high chairs available.
Outside, you’ll find a private garden, covered terrace, and a balcony with Sauerland views. The wood-fired barrel sauna overlooks the countryside. A private grill and fire pit are at your disposal.
There are 5 shared parking spaces at the house and a shared EV charging station. Up to 2 pets are welcome. Events are not permitted. Two e-bikes are available for exploring the area. Shuttle service from the train station, self check-in, and breakfast are available for an extra fee.
Your hosts live nearby but not in the booked house. In the area, you’ll find a reservoir for swimming, relaxing, walks, and sports—just a short drive away. Numerous hiking and cycling trails, caves, castles, and other attractions invite you to explore. This home is for guests who value peace and quality—a perfect place to unwind and relax.

Please note that the prices do not include the tourims tax. Should a tourism tax be required at the place where you are staying it is payable on arrival.
Conditions/extras
Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge, later cancellations will be charged at 90% of the travel price. A deposit of up to 30% of the rental price, but at least EUR 50, is due upon receipt of the booking confirmation. The balance is to be paid by the day of arrival. Payment can be made by bank transfer to the operator's account or by PayPal payment. Payment by credit card is not possible. We will contact you after your booking to discuss further options for using the wellness area (sauna and hot tub). You are welcome to bring a dog by arrangement. You can also book a breakfast basket. A deposit of 200 EUR must be paid in cash on site.
