This lovely, sociable cottage has been comfortably furnished throughout and well equipped making it an ideal choice for groups of family or friends wanting to holiday together in style.
Having four wonderful bedrooms, three doubles, a king size bedroom, plus an extra child’s fold out bed, the accommodation really does have everything you need for an all year-round holiday retreat The village of Bacton offers lovely walks, a village shop, an excellent fish and chip shop, Chinese takeaway/restaurant, burger, pie and mash vans at the village shop car park and two cafés (one vegan cafe/restaurant/bar). Look out for events at the village hall.
Additionally, there is a pub with restaurant in nearby Walcott, a shop with post office cafe and fish and chip shop.
Bacton Woods is the perfect place to enjoy a picnic, and it has great walking trails.
There is a good children’s playground within 2 minutes walking distance, also offering additional free parking for the property. The traditional seaside resorts of Cromer, 11 miles, and Sheringham, 15 miles, offer fun at the seaside, or Wroxham, 13 miles, known as the capital of the Norfolk Broads National Park, where you can hire a day launch or join a cruise and watch the world drift by. Perfect for families is BeWILDerwood at Horning, an outdoor adventure park.
Another firm favourite is the Dinosaur Park at Lenwade, offering both outside and inside fun, including a splash park for warmer days.
Avid gardeners can make a visit to The Old Vicarage Gardens at East Runton to enjoy the extensive gardens, its tearoom with tasty cakes, and the Sheringham National Trust Park.
Other National Trust properties including Felbrigg and Blickling Halls, ideal for lovers of history.
The Royal Cromer and Mundesley golf courses will not disappoint golfing enthusiasts. Why not enjoy the chance to spot hundreds of grey seals and pups along the shore at Horsey beach, between December and February.

We had a great stay at Little Garth. Close to the beach and pub. Enjoyed a 30 minute walk to the Lighthouse for a lovely meal. Explored the local area and went further afield to Sandringham, crabbing at Wells and Blakeney, North Norfolk Railway to Holt. Great communication from the hosts and found the cottage clean and well equipped.

I highly recommend this beautiful cottage which is clean and cosy with all local amenities close by, including lovely beaches.
This cottage is excellent value for money, fully equipped with everything you need. The owners are also easily contactable if you have any questions during your stay.
This was our second visit this year and we throughly enjoyed it!

Great people, great place to stay. spacious with everything we could need. we traveled as a family of 4 generations and each enjoyed the house as much as the rest. Beach close by, Chinese restaurant, shop and chip shop withing 5-7 mins walk, pub within 15 mins. I am sure we will be back!
