Our studios offer a bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchenette and a dining and living area with pull-out couch on 40 m². They also offer a 250-300 m² private garden with private access to the garden lake and a private sauna or „hot tub“ under the stars.

Our studios are earthy and modern in design. Here, too, the ecological and
sustainable timber frame construction was used, which offers a particularly pleasant indoor climate. The modern design of the house is also reflected in the interior. Our studios are equipped with air conditioning and have a cosy living area with a 43-inch TV, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a rain shower and separate toilet. The studios have a kitchen equipped with a 2-burner hob, microwave with hot air and grill function, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, high-quality crockery and wine glasses. From the terrace with table grill you can overlook the entire garden lake and enjoy the far-reaching view as far as the Ötscher. The private themed garden is dreamy, romantic and very harmoniously designed, and offers either a sauna or a hot tub under the open sky - just the right thing to enjoy time together.
