This studio annexe with views towards Northam Burrows and the ocean beyond is located within two miles of Westward Ho! Beach and England’s oldest golf course.. 2 steps to entrance.

Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.. Lynch Annexe is a lovely studio annexe, situated adjacent to the owner’s property, and is perfect for a couple’s retreat and those who are looking for the ideal base to discover all that North Devon has to offer, including its vibrant surfing scene.
The accommodation comprises a studio room with a double bed, Smart TV, dining table and kitchenette with a microwave and a fridge.
There is also a shower room and separate WC. Outside there is parking for one car and a small patio area with furniture where you can have a pleasant breakfast or evening drink while you enjoy the views out towards the ocean.
Appledore is a popular and beautiful estuary-side fishing village where there are plenty of quaint streets which host a wide range of cafés, public houses, and boutique shops - the perfect place to simply wander and take in the surroundings and traditional fisherman’s cottages.
The historic port town of Bideford is just two miles away and offers a taste of traditional North Devon life with its weekly pannier market and of course all the usual town facilities such as a large supermarket and high street.
The sandy beach of Westward Ho! with its great views out towards Lundy Island which can be visited on a day trip is popular with surfers, windsurfers, and beach lovers alike and is just two miles away.
Other amazing beaches (some of the best in the UK) like Saunton Sands, Woolacombe and Croyde are all within easy reach by car. There are plenty of local attractions and amenities nearby including the Royal North Devon Golf Club which was founded in 1864 and is the oldest golf course in England.
There are also horse-riding stables, an indoor swimming pool, fishing, sailing and water-skiing facilities that are all nearby.
Family attractions include the Big Sheep and Milky Way theme parks, Dartington Crystal Factory, Tapeley Park, and the Tarka Trail, which is popular with walkers, runners and cyclists and follows a disused railway line all the way to Barnstaple and Torrington in the opposite direction, and then there’s the Southwest Coast Path which offers in North Devon alone, 90 miles of walks with amazing and dramatic coastal views.

Great for a short stay and if you plan to eat out. Not to far to walk to the sea if if don't mind the trek back up the hill. Lovely view towards the sea and Westward Ho.
