Perfectly suited to couples and families, the property is set over two floors, with a spacious open plan living / dining and cooking space sporting countryside views on the first. There’s a twin room on this floor too along with a family bathroom with bath tub which is perfect for parents with younger children, while downstairs the master bedroom with its own flat screen TV, has direct access to the private garden and terrace. Throughout, the house has been tastefully styled and furnished to create a welcoming space for unwinding in after sun-splashed days spent down on the beach, and while you'll be spoilt for choice with local restaurants, the home's kitchen which comes fully equipped, provides you with all you'd need to be able to whip up home cooked meals if you prefer.
Perranporth Beach is marvellously huge and boasts excellent sea conditions for surfing, snorkelling and sailing. Of course, if lazing in the sunshine or working on your tan are all you’re after, you won’t struggle to find a spot either and there’s a fantastic sea pool for younger visitors to paddle around in. The beach is backed by grass and dunes giving it that wild feel, and apart from a selection of cafe's and bars that sit close by, there's the famous Watering Hole where you can enjoy drinks and snacks right on the sand. The village is less than a couple of minutes walk away and there you’ll discover a selection of surf shops, grocery stores and restaurants, while the South West Coast Path which is accessed just a few minutes walk from the village, boasts some of the most spectacular coastal views and ocean panoramas around.

The location is very near the beach but it’s a quiet area with a good parking bay and private garden. The owners supplied basic kitchen/bathroom essentials but I always take my own. It’s great for those who don’t.
Took me a while to get used to going down to bed but the view in the lounge/kitchen was lovely from the first floor. I have dry eyes which I think were affected by the air exchange system. I could also hear it during the night in the lower floor bedroom. I’m not sure if I could request it to be turn...

This was the second time we have stayed at the Dunes. Beautiful location only yards from the beach and the High Street. The place is clean and fresh with everything you need. If i was to moan about anything, it would be that the dryer function on the washer dryer is a bit pants, but then we just used the washing line.
Hopefully we'll stay here next year, loved it.
