Each apartment features a balcony with a stunning view of the Lechtal mountain panorama.

The apartments were individually designed in a traditional chalet style. Relax in our new wellness area with infrared, Finnish, and bio saunas, as well as our brand-new Chill Tubs cold plunge pool.

Parking spaces and electric car charging stations are available.

The ski room/bicycle storage room, drying room, and our ski rental & sports shop are located on the ground floor of the building.

You will find a supermarket and several restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

The access to the cross-country ski trail, the village lift, the Lechtal cycle path, and the starting point for many mountain tours and hikes can be reached in a very short time.

You can conveniently reach one of the best ski areas in the world – the Arlberg – in just 15 kilometers by car.

The free ski bus stops directly next to the house. Additional Costs: Visitor's tax per person: from 15 years of age €1.90 per night. LECHTAL AKTIV CARD valid per person per day (children up to 6 years are free): May 18 - June 22 & October 4 - October 29: €1.20; June 13 - October 6: €2.00; October 7 - October 20: €1.20 DOGS only upon REQUEST! Dog fee €20.00 per day. One-time final cleaning fee: for one-bedroom types €70.00; for two-bedroom types €80.00 Payment Conditions: To secure your booking, we kindly request your credit card details directly after booking. Arrival and Departure: On the day of departure, your room is available until 11:00 AM.

On the other hand, we ask for your understanding that the room generally cannot be occupied before 3:00 PM.
