Beautiful one bedroom apartment situated in the popular San Juan de Capistrano urbanisation.
This spacious apartment has easy access and fantastic sea views from its south facing terrace.
On entering there is a small hall, which leads into the main living area, with a very modern fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer and dish washer (washing machine is stored in the bathroom).
The lounge is decorated and furnished in a modern and comfortable style with a double sofa bed for 2 people, satellite TV, and separate dining area with large table and chairs which has access to the terrace.
The apartment has a large bedroom with double bed, fitted wardrobes and fantastic views; there is one good sized shower room.
The large south facing terrace has beautiful views over the urbanisation and the coast of Nerja and is fitted with its own private Jacuzzi so you can relax and enjoy the views plus a large table and chairs for dining al fresco .
The apartment has free wifi internet.
All clients have access to the communal pool which is open from march to October.
This apartment offers an excellent standard of accommodation for couple or small families.
