A fantastic property in the centre of Nerja.
It consists of 2 bedrooms and a studio with a double sofa bed. The property has a private roof terrace, and the property is completely reformed and redesigned village house in the old part of town, just a few minutes' walk away from the Balcon de Europa.
The apartment, found on the first floor up 14 steps, is very open and airy with a fully equipped modern kitchen (fridge freezer, microwave, oven, 3 ring induction hob, washing machine, Dolce Gusto coffee machine and all necessary equipment); a spacious dining area with table and chairs for 6 diners and a living area with comfortable sofa and TV with international and spanish channels.
There are also 2 double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds which share the family bathroom.
The roof terrace is found up another 14 (steep) steps and is furnished with a dining table and chairs for 6 people and 4 sun loungers.
On this level there is also a small studio.
The studio has a double sofa bed, spacious bathroom, small kitchen with mini fridge freezer, kettle and toaster as well as a small dining área.
