Cozy 40sqm apartment, able to accommodate up to 3 people, located on the second floor of a historic villa (with lift) which houses several apartments: Villa Marignoli, an Art Nouveau jewel located in the heart of the Eternal City.
The property is located a few steps from Villa Borghese and Via Veneto. If you are traveling by car, you can park, for a fee, on the street or at Garage Po, 2 minutes from the apartment. The accommodation is composed as follows: - BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe and bathroom; -LIVING ROOM with single sofa bed, bookcase, dining table with chairs; - KITCHEN CORNER with induction hob (4 plates), mini-bar fridge, moka, electric kettle, both electric and microwave oven, kitchen utensils and glasses of wine; -BATHROOM with shower, bidet and toilet. ADDITIONAL SERVICES AVAILABLE: unlimited wifi, central heating, hairdryer, hot water, clothesline, iron and ironing board. NB: The apartment has a communal washing machine, therefore shareable. Air conditioning is active throughout the building from 9:00 to 00:00. Finally, the apartment includes a large communal terrace furnished with outdoor table and chairs ATTENTION: To access the mezzanine bedroom and the bathroom it is necessary to climb a spiral staircase, for this reason children under 12 are not allowed. The apartment has a self check-in system, so you will be able to access it on by yourself with the personal link that we will provide a few days before your arrival. In case of problems, the Customer Care service is active only until 11:30 pm. Please note: completing the ID registration and online check-in porcess is MANDATORY in order to receive the instructions and access the apartment. Silence from 10PM to 8AM Villa Marignoli was designed in 1907 by the architect Giulio Magni, one of the main protagonists of the architectural revival of Rome in the early 1900s. The building was renovated in the 1970s, returning to its former glory: the works have restored one of its Art Nouveau buildings most appreciated and celebrated in Rome.
Today, pictorial exhibitions and vernissages are periodically hosted in the large common areas. Villa Marignoli, due to its artistic as well as historical importance, has hosted several internationally renowned personalities over the years including the directors Dario Argento and Federico Fellini (in his honor, the posters of all his films are present in the corridors). The apartments of the Residenza Villa Marignoli are located a few steps from Villa Borghese, which also houses the art gallery of the same name with masterpieces by Gian Lorenzo Bernini, and a stroll away from Piazza di Spagna and the other main attractions of the historic center of Rome.
Via Veneto, the famous “Dolce Vita” street, can also be easily reached on foot.

Haus liegt an Kreuzung zweier Hauptstraßen, die ganze Nacht lauter Straßenlärm. Bad ist dringend sanierungsbedürftig, Schlafsofa kaum zu nutzen, da Holz und Federn durchkommen.

appartement sympathique mais extrêmement bruyant pour dormir. je ne conseillerai que si vous venez avec des boules Quies ou si des travaux d'insonorisation sont effectués
