Tucked away in the seaside town of Lytham St. Annes, Lancashire, is this superb semi-detached house, Orchard Lodge.
Enjoying a fantastic location just moments away from the beach and a short drive from the bright lights and amusements of Blackpool, Orchard Lodge is a fabulous family-friendly choice for a group or family of ten. The property benefits from free on-street parking and a beautiful rear garden with furniture, ideal for alfresco dining whilst your little ones and pooch run and play.
Inside, you will find a spacious and well-equipped kitchen/diner, where you can rustle up family favourites, ready to savour at the dining table as you toast to a memorable family get together, a handy utility, a cloakroom for your convenience, and a lovely sitting room with plush sofas and a large TV with Netflix, ideal for movie nights with loved ones.
Upstairs, you will find five stunning bedrooms, two king-size, a double with access to its own en-suite shower room, and two twins with zip/link, the latter of which have access to two well-appointed bathrooms, complete with bath and shower so you can choose how best to freshen up at the end of the day. The bedrooms consist of two king-size, a double with en-suite shower room, and two twins with zip/link, along with two bathrooms and a cloakroom. Outside, there is a rear garden with lawn, patio, furniture and Hot Tub, as well as free on-street parking. Within 0.1 miles, you will find a shop and a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. Hi-speed WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price.
