Noisy cottage, awful windows

I booked this through Sykes and left 1* feedback however they haven't shown my review and it continues to be 5*
We stayed here for a week and it was the noisiest cottage we've ever stayed at. HGVs rumble past a few feet from the windows from 6am heading for the Adnams brewery further down the street...
