There is no one above you in this villa, your master is upstairs and living area below. Hale Un Lugar Celestial is a 1 bedroom villa has approximately 1,118 square feet of living space including the 125 sq ft added when one of the balconies in the master bedroom was enclosed to the interior.
The outside patio area or lanai, is an additional 379 sq ft.
This is an End Unit with the entrance on the ground floor with new bamboo cabinets and custom granite counter-tops in the remodeled kitchen.
