The lodge has parking for two cars in an allocated space at the front of your lodge.
There are a limited number of additional visitor parking spaces outside reception, on a first come first serve basis
EV Charger Point
The site has two EV charging points for guest use, situated along from reception in two designated parking spaces.
The EV charging point is by VendElectric, and charging will have associated costs as normal via their app. We kindly ask that once your vehicle is charged, that you park in your lodge car parking space to ensure the EV spaces are free for other guests on the site.

The perfect place to gather with family and friends for an ‘away from it all’ escape in one of Devon’s loveliest beauty spots.
Sleeping eight, the lodge includes four tasteful bedrooms including a fabulous master suite with its own shower room. A contemporary living / dining area functions perfectly as the social hub of the home which together with the kitchen, flows through French doors out to the private wrap-around patio. Furnished with an outdoor table and chairs, breakfast, lunch and dinner can be enjoyed alfresco while a private hot tub tempts long, indulgent soaks throughout the day and well into the evening.
Iris Lodge is pet-friendly so your four-legged family members are welcomed, and a host of fantastic walking routes in the area means you’ll be able to enjoy fresh air adventure to your heart’s content. Bring your bicycles, walking boots, canoes and paddleboards (or hire these from the adventure centre on the lake) – the area and its surrounds bursts with ample opportunity for both land and water-based adventure.

Washing machine didn’t work , water in the shower didn’t run away very quick , 1of the single mattresses very badly stained , if it wasn’t for the fact we went with people with dogs , definitely wouldn’t of been happy to stay in this lodge , had many other lodges at roadford lake and they have all been exceptional
4th time we’ve returned!

Had a great Christmas, the hot tub was invaluable and provided many happy moments. \r\nVery clean and beds so comfortable, it’s a real home from home! \r\nI’ve rebooked for this year already!

Okay- was expecting luxury but the lodge is looking a little tired. \r\nNeeds more glasses especially wine glasses, mix of very small glasses!\r\nCould do with a deep clean too. \r\n
